Cancellation Policy 

We are an appointment-only studio, and client privacy and safety are our top priority. We only see one guest at a time, so please be punctual and respectful of other clients' appointment times and adhere to the following:

If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged a fee equal to 20% of the amount of services booked.  No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service or services booked.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, please note:

​

- Your appointment will be shortened accordingly, and you will be responsible for full payment of the service booked.

​

 - You have the option to reschedule your appointment but will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the amount of the service booked.

- All above policies are applicable to Memberships and Packages.
